Body Fat Indices

I always say, it’s not about the weight, it’s about how much body fat you have, which I realized personally when I saw myself at heavier weights than before but looking much better than I had when I was 10-15 pounds lighter with less muscle and more body fat. These days, my fitness goals aren’t for losing weight as much as reducing body fat, especially visceral fat.

I came across this body fat chart today, according to this, I should be aiming for 18-20% to be lean and 20-25%ish is normal.
